1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and super22 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company") governing your access to and use of the super22 platform, including all products, services, games, and content available at super22.club (the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service provided by super22, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. super22 reserves the right to refuse service to any person at any time and for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the super22 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. super22 strictly prohibits access by minors. We may request age-verification documentation at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension pending verification.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether use of the Platform is lawful in the territory from which you access it.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly and wholly prohibited.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of super22, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or banned from the Platform.

super22 operates under an international gaming authority licence. We conduct age and identity verification in accordance with our licensing obligations and applicable anti-money-laundering regulations. By registering, you consent to these verification procedures.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on the super22 Platform, you must register an account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• One Account per Person. Each natural person may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will be closed, and any balances or winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must promptly update your account details should any information change. super22 will not be liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
• Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility. You must notify super22 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Identity Verification (KYC). super22 may require you to submit identity, age, address, and payment-source verification documents at any stage. Accounts may be restricted until verification is satisfactorily completed. super22 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC procedures.
• Account Suspension. super22 may suspend or close any account, with or without notice, where it reasonably suspects breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that poses risk to the integrity of the Platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

super22 supports a range of Malaysian-friendly payment methods including but not limited to DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX online banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, AmBank, Bank Islam), and cryptocurrency (USDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds where practicable.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account verified as belonging to the registered account holder. super22 does not process withdrawals to accounts in the name of a third party under any circumstances.
• super22 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for verified accounts. Actual processing times may vary based on your payment provider. super22 shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party financial institutions.
• super22 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, in compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations under our licence.
• All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

super22 offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and promotional offers from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page. General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any use of bonuses in a manner that super22 determines to be exploitative, systematic, or otherwise inconsistent with normal recreational gaming may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• super22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered in good faith.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

6. Gaming Rules

All games available on the super22 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's help section. The following general rules apply across all games:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems that are independently audited for fairness in accordance with our international gaming authority licence. The published RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game reflects the long-term theoretical return and does not guarantee any specific outcome in any single session.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, super22 will apply its standard dispute resolution procedure. Where a round cannot be completed or its outcome cannot be verified, the bet amount may be refunded at super22's discretion.
• super22 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical error, software malfunction, or any event that results in a distorted or incorrect game outcome.
• Bets placed on the super22 sportsbook are governed by the Sportsbook Rules, which form an addendum to these Terms and are available separately. In cases of conflict, the Sportsbook Rules shall prevail with respect to sportsbook matters.

7. Responsible Gaming

super22 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. We provide a suite of player-protection tools accessible from your account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, session duration reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. super22 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Any member found to be under the age of 21 will have their account closed immediately and any deposits will be returned net of any bonuses received, in accordance with our licensing obligations.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the super22 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud, collusion, cheating, or use of bots, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or any conduct intended to conceal the origin or ownership of funds.
• Creating multiple accounts or using the identity of another person.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerability must be reported to super22 support immediately and must not be exploited for financial gain.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code of any software on the Platform.
• Abusing promotional offers or engaging in bonus abuse strategies identified by super22 as exploitative.
• Any conduct that interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or negatively impacts the experience of other members.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the super22 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, and audiovisual materials ("Content"), is owned by or licensed to super22 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Content without the prior written consent of super22.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, super22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if super22 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall super22's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount deposited by you into your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. super22 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Termination

super22 may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including where you have breached these Terms. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in a verified account in good standing (i.e., not subject to investigation for fraud or policy breach) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, net of any bonus balances not yet meeting their wagering requirements. Balances associated with accounts closed for breach of these Terms may be forfeited.

You may close your account at any time by contacting super22 customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a priority and take effect immediately upon confirmation.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which super22 holds its international gaming authority licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by the parties directly shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant gaming authority dispute resolution body. You agree that any dispute resolution proceeding will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

super22 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered members via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days prior to the amended terms taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.
